Incidence of Rho (D) negative among Ewha University Students

Abstract
|
|
|
Rho(D) grouping of 5,313 female students of Ewha University were performed by
standard slide agglutination technic with capillary blood of finger prick.
With venous blood collected from 12 suspicious Rho(D) negative, the examination of D
gene were repeated by both of slide and tube technic.
Only two of them were confirmed as Rho(D)negative and both of their genotype were
cde/cde.
